Portland SEO Consultant, Software & IT Consulting

Yes. While we're headquartered in McMinnville (about 40 miles away), many of our clients are Portland-based. We work remotely and in-person depending on what the project needs. Our Portland work centers on SEO and search engine marketing, web development and custom software, IT and infrastructure consulting, AI implementation, and ongoing support.

A Portland SEO consultant should start with the data: a technical audit, your current Google Search Console numbers, and the searches Portland customers actually run. From there we fix what blocks indexing, build local SEO around your service area, publish content that answers real questions, and add Answer Engine Optimization so AI assistants recommend you too. You get monthly reporting on impressions, clicks, rankings, and AI citations, and you talk directly to the person doing the work, not an account manager.

Our featured case study is MC Aesthetics, where we rebuilt their website on React/Next.js and grew monthly impressions from 95 to over 12,000 — a 128× increase. They now rank #1 on Google for dozens of local searches and are recommended across major AI search platforms. About 90% of their new clients report finding the business through Google. A second client, Abraham Hanson Law, earned 2,153 AI citations in its new site's first month (1,690 in Google's AI features and 463 in Microsoft Copilot).

Most IT companies in Portland sell either managed help-desk services or large enterprise consulting. We sit in between: IT consulting in Portland, Oregon for businesses that need someone to design, build, and operate their digital infrastructure (cloud hosting, monitoring, security, and the software that runs on it) without a 40-person agency attached. Our lead developer has Fortune 500 enterprise experience and ITIL 4 certification, we carry cyber liability insurance, and we back hosted systems with a 99.9% uptime SLA.

Yes. As a web development company serving Portland, we build custom web applications, internal tools, and integrations with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS, GCP, or Vercel depending on the project. For AI projects, we integrate OpenAI, Google Gemini, and custom models. Codebase delivery and ownership terms are outlined in your project agreement.

It depends on scope. Small business websites start around $3-5k, custom web applications range from $15,000-50,000, and enterprise software can exceed $50,000. We provide detailed quotes after a free consultation so there are no surprises.
