- Rebuilt the site from scratch on React and Next.js, replacing the slow legacy stack with one that scores 90+ on all four Google Lighthouse metrics — Performance, Accessibility, SEO, and Best Practices.
- Implemented technical SEO end to end: clean information architecture, structured data, fast Core Web Vitals, and a crawlable, indexable page structure.
- Built out local SEO around the service area — Google Business Profile alignment, local citations, and location-targeted content.
- Layered in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) so AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews surface and recommend the business, not just traditional search.
